Grapes harvested by hand in boxes, a little early on full ripeness, in order to have the right freshness; brief contact with the skins, fermentation at a controlled temperature at 12°/14°C in stainless steel tanks. Refinement in steel tanks on the yeasts for at least 3 months, refinement in bottle.
Pale pink colour; delicate nose of fresh fruit and flowers, full and rich sip, with good persistence.
