Nebbiolo
The vineyards lie on soils of marine sand, gravel, marl and kaolin clay, at 250/300m above sea level. The harvest takes place manually starting from the first days of October. Destemming and soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation with punching down and maceration for 15 days. Aging in cement tanks.
Ruby red. On the nose it expresses itself with strong notes of flowers, hints of red pulp fruit and hints of wood and leather. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and pleasantly balanced.
