Description

The vines ripen their bunches slowly, reaching a complete phenolic maturation. It ferments spontaneously in steel for at least fifteen days, matures in the tank for a year before being bottled and refined for another year.

Nose of dark flowers and berries, with mineral, balsamic and earthy notes; elegant and full-bodied sip, soft, fine and savoury, with smooth tannins and long persistence.
