Manual harvest in the last days of September, beginning of October. Vinification in 35/45hl stainless steel tanks with maceration for approximately 18/20 days at a constantly controlled temperature of 28°C. Maturation for 12/15 months in 20/25hl oak barrels. Bottle refinement for 6/8 months.
Bright ruby red color with subtle garnet reflections. Broad nose, rich in fresh floral, spicy and small red fruit notes. Warm, enveloping, savory and mineral sip. Of vibrant acidity, velvety tannins and a long finish.
Pici with ragù, pasta with white truffle, Tuscan ribollita, aged Pienza pecorino.
