The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected, in small boxes of maximum 10kg; the vinification takes place spontaneously in concrete tanks, after which the wine matures for one year in concrete tanks and for five years in old barriques; It then ages in the bottle for six months.
Garnet red colour; nose of black cherry jam, cocoa and tobacco. Sip with good body and flavor, spicy and mineral, long persistence.
Roast meats, braised meats, mature cheeses.
