The base wine is obtained from a short maceration of 2/3 days. After a year of aging in steel, fresh must from the following harvest is added to the base wine. The refermentation takes place in the bottle without adding sugars, yeasts or sulphites.
Bright red in color, with purple highlights. Soft and delicate foam. Fresh and juicy, the bouquet is reminiscent of small undergrowth fruits, cherries, floral fragrances and Mediterranean scrub. The mouth welcomes with a sip that is sparkling but not too much, which quenches the thirst. The tannin adds pulp and length without holding back and leaving a pleasant clean sensation.
