Sangiovese, Barbera, Aglianico
The destemmed and pressed grapes ferment in maceration with the pomace for 8 days, with repeated délestage; followed by malolactic fermentation and refinement in steel and in the bottle.
Ruby red in colour, with good consistency, it has an intense and persistent nose, fine, fruity, ethereal; with hints of blackberry, plum, red mulberry. On the palate it is dry, warm, with good acidity and flavor, rightly tannic and soft, full-bodied, intense and persistent, fine.
Soups and pastas with legumes, roasts, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
