Description

Manual harvest of the grapes in boxes at the end of September. The grapes are left to dry in the drying room for two months and then fermented with a long maceration. The wine rests in oak and cherry barriques, built specifically for this wine. After bottling, the long refinement in the bottle continues.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, it expresses itself with notable intensity of aromas from black cherry to cherry on a background of vanilla. The taste is full, warm, with great roundness and aromatic persistence.

Stewed or roasted red meats, braised meats, first courses with game sauces, mature cheeses.
