Description

Spontaneous whole bunch alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with manual pumping over 3 times a day and malolactic fermentation in barrique. It ages for 14 months in barriques, of which 25% are new, and 10 months in steel tanks.

Tasting

Concentrated ruby red colour. On the nose, small red berries, enriched by sensations of cocoa and tobacco. When tasted, it has an excellent body, ample and enveloping, with a smooth sip of finely integrated tannic texture.

Pairings

Stewed red meats, game, mature cheeses.
