Rubbjano Lacrima di Morro d’Alba Superiore DOC, 2020

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard in the first ten days of October; traditional red wine vinification at a controlled temperature in steel tanks and in oak vats with a fermentation phase of about 20 days; the wine matures in small oak barrels, both new and second-hand, for 10 months.

Intense ruby red colour with violet hues; aromatic, broad and persistent nose, with notes of withered rose and violet, and nuances of vanilla; soft, velvety and well-structured on the palate, with fruity and slightly spicy returns.

Earthy starters, first courses with meat sauces, game, medium-aged cheeses.
