The selected grapes are fermented to obtain the base wine; the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method, lasting approximately one month.
Pale straw yellow color with fine perlage; delicate nose of white flowers, with notes of apple, pear, and exotic fruit; fresh, fruity, juicy sip.
Aperitifs, seafood appetizers, fried foods, cured meats and cheeses.
