Description

The grapes are harvested in October with careful sorting and placed in low boxes to be taken intact to the winery, where they are destemmed (20% left in whole bunches) and pressed. Maceration continues for 12 days at 25/28°C in special steel tanks. After racking, the wine is placed in tonneaux where it undergoes malolactic fermentation; matures for 24 months in used tonneaux, refines for at least 24 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; ethereal, intense nose of ripe fruit and tobacco; elegant, harmonious sip, with a beautiful tannic texture and notable persistence.
