Saignee Brut Rosé

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; preparation of the base wine with brief contact with the skins, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature; after a period of maturation in steel barrels, the wine is bottled for re-fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with several months on the lees.

Soft pink colour with orange reflections, fine and persistent perlage; fresh nose of small red berries, flowers and bread crust; creamy and enveloping palate with good flavour and freshness.

Rich appetisers, lake fish, tuna carpaccio, sushi and seafood tartare.
