Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; red vinification with maceration for 12/15 days, maturation in steel for 4 months.
Purple red color with ruby reflections; intense nose with good complexity, fresh and typical of rose, violet, cherry and raspberry; sip of pleasant freshness, fruity, with lively tannins and a persistent finish.
Ground appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, English roast beef, white meats.
