From vines planted in 1972 in Predappio Alta, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, 3-week maceration, at the end of which 50% of the mass ages in large wood for 8 months while the other in cement, subsequently at least a year and a half in the bottle.

Nose of geranium and violet, berries and cherry, with notes of wild herbs and mineral returns. Powerful and elegant sip, with a dense and integrated tannic texture.
Braised and grilled red meats.
