Sangiovese “Dinostro” Toscana IGT 2017

Pure Sangiovese produced from old vines located at 160m above sea level in just two hectares of vineyards. Fermentation with the addition of 5% of stems takes place using Native yeasts in Slovenian oak barrels with maceration on the skins for approximately two weeks. After racking, the wine matures for a year in wooden barrels. Refines for six months in the bottle.

Ruby red color with violet hues, the nose is fruity, intense and spicy, with hints of ripe cherries, sweet spices, licorice and black pepper. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, fruity, with lively tannins and good persistence.

First and second courses of land, tasty fish dishes such as Livorno-style cacciucco.
