Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; cold pre-maceration for 36 hours and maceration for 15 days at a controlled temperature; matures 12 months in 25hl (50%) French and Slavonian oak barrels and in 3.5hl and 5hl (50%) French oak tonneaux. Refines in the bottle.

Ruby red colour; intense and fruity nose, with notes of red fruits and cherries; balanced and structured sip, with good persistence.
