50% Nebbiolo, Croatina, Vespolina, Uva Rara
The varieties are harvested by hand and vinified together, with spontaneous fermentation in open steel vats, maceration in contact with the skins for 30 days; the wine rests and matures for a year in large oak barrels and refines in the bottle for at least another year.
Bright ruby red colour; rich and clean nose of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and blood orange, with notes of violet and a light spiciness of pepper and liquorice; fresh and juicy sip, balanced, highly drinkable and balanced.
Ground appetizers, first courses with ragù, grilled white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
