BottlesIt comes from grassy vineyards facing south/east at an altitude of 400/500 m. After maceration for 70 days in 50 hl wooden vats, it refines for 40 months in 50 hl barrels and concrete tanks, to then complete the refinement in the bottle.
Intense ruby red color, tending towards garnet; cherries and plums in alcohol, with notes of hazelnut and leather, cloves and nutmeg. Dry and elegant sip, persistent and balanced.
Roast or grilled meat, mature cheeses, game.
