Sauvignon Blanc “Vette” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2021

Vinification: 12 hours of cold maceration, soft pressing and fermentation for approximately 20 days. Aging: 5 months on the yeasts exclusively in steel.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose sage, white peach, litchi and green pepper. Dry and full-bodied taste, with beautiful freshness and minerality, with an agile and elegant progression. A Sauvignon Blanc that is excellent immediately but suitable for aging.

Grilled fish and shellfish, smoked fish appetizers, fresh cheeses.
