BottlesThe grapes are harvested and selected manually, then destemmed and delicately pressed, cooled to 8/10°C and placed in maceration in contact with the skins for 24 hours. Soft pressing is carried out after which alcoholic fermentation begins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16/17°C. The wine matures in steel barrels for approximately 7 months in contact with the fine lees; it is then filtered and bottled.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Delicate and aromatic nose, reminiscent of elderflower and sage, tomato leaf and pepper. Elegant, mineral, fresh and persistent sip.
Dishes with asparagus, appetizers, grilled prawns, baked fish.
