After a cold maceration that lasts about six hours, the delicately pressed grapes ferment in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in steel tanks for approximately five months and is subsequently bottled.

Bright yellow color; powerful and delicate nose at the same time, with notes of peach and elderflower. Deep and clean sip, perfect to drink young, but capable of evolving well over time, developing notes of wild white berries and citrus fruits.
