Description

Manual harvesting from old vines, extreme sorting of the grapes, slow and soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts; the vinification takes place in barriques and foudres, where the wine then matures; after 12 months the wine is assembled to rest for another 6 months before bottling.

Tasting

Intense and floral nose, with notes of yellow fruit, candied fruit and flint; full and elegant sip, savory and very long.
