Description

From the Grand Cru vineyards of Ambonnay and Bouzy. The number on the label identifies the prevailing vintage from which the cuvée originates, to which 15% reserve wine is added. Aging on yeasts for at least 36 months.

Tasting

The color is bright straw yellow, with persistent perlage. The bouquet is elegant and intense, with fresh citrus and candied fruit notes. On the palate it is striking for its extreme freshness. The low sugar dosage, just 2.4 g/l, gives cleanliness and persistence to the sip.

Tasty fish appetizers, light shellfish, first courses with fish sauces.
