Description

The grapes harvested in the first ten days of October are destemmed and pressed with soft pressing; the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters at a controlled temperature; the wine matures on the fine lees in steel tanks until May.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; nose of fresh fruit, broom flowers and mint; dry sip, rightly warm, has a good flavor and a discreet freshness. Excellent persistence.

Seafood first courses, shellfish, fried vegetables, fresh cheeses.
