Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; white vinification at controlled temperature for the entire fermentation process, wine maturation in stainless steel and bottle ageing.
Straw yellow in colour; fresh and precise nose of lemon and jasmine; harmonious mouthfeel accompanied by floral and citrus aromas, with a long, clean finish.
Aperitifs, appetisers, delicate fish dishes, fresh cheeses.
