Description

white vinification of hand-picked grapes in boxes; secondary fermentation with the Classic Method, bottle aging on the yeasts for 18 months; not dosed.

Tasting

Extremely bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, fine and persistent bubbles; floral and fruity nose, with hints of jasmine, acacia and grapefruit; the sip is soft and enveloping, kept in balance thanks to the contribution of a good freshness and a pleasant flavor.
