Soft pressing without destemming with short maceration in press for 24 hours; spontaneous fermentation in white in steel at controlled temperature with only indigenous yeasts, natural malolactic, sulphites only at the end of malolactic and only to reintegrate the natural sulphites dispersed during vinification; maturation for 6 months in steel, refinement for 3 months in bottle. No clarification, stabilization or filtration.

Lively golden yellow color with greenish reflections; delicate nose of spring flowers, green apple and pineapple, with notes of honey and mango; fresh and mineral sip, with returns of apricot, yellow plum, green banana and honey.

Aperitif, seafood starters, shellfish and molluscs, grilled fish, fresh cheeses.
