Description

Soft pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18/19°C. Permanence of the wine on the fine lees for 6 months to increase its complexity and subsequent preparation for bottling which takes place in June.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour; delicate nose of broom flowers and pear, with hints of grapefruit and wet stone; fresh, almost sharp sip, with good flavor and citrus and mineral notes.

Fish, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses.
