Traditional red winemaking with maceration on the skins for about 12-15 days, with frequent pump-overs and punch-downs. Aging in 5-hectoliter tonneaux for 6 months, followed by blending in stainless steel

Intense garnet ruby red color; the aroma is rich and complex, warm and fruity, with notes of ripe red fruit, jam (plum, cherry, blueberry), cocoa, a slight balsamic hint, and a subtle perception of herbaceousness in the finish. On the palate, it is smooth, round, and elegant, with excellent aromatic persistence.
