Description

Manual harvest at full maturity in perforated boxes; destemming and soft pressing, fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 7 days; the wine ages in steel for 5/6 months and refines in the bottle for approximately 6 months.

Tasting

Pale red, almost pink colour; intense nose with mixed fruity and floral hints, in particular of rose and undergrowth; fresh and dry sip, with marked tannins and good body.

Ground appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, savory pies, beef tartare.
