Description

Manual harvest in boxes in the first ten days of September; vinification in red in steel, maturation in French oak tonneaux, with a small part in Clayver stoneware barrels; bottle refinement.

Tasting

Ripe red fruit, plum, morello cherry and slightly balsamic notes of spices and tobacco leaf. Dry entry with an important acid vein to support the naturally round but never cloying structure. Delicate and elegant tannin.
