Syrah 2023

Part of the grapes are destemmed and part left in whole bunches; spontaneous fermentation in steel containers and maceration for no more than 10 days; malolactic fermentation carried out in large truncated cone French oak barrels, of various passages (almost exhausted), mixing the noble lees. Maturation in large barrels for at least 8/10 months. Bottling without fining and without the addition of oenological additives, except small doses of sulfur dioxide.

Dark ruby ​​red color with violet reflections; nose of blackberries and black fruits, with strong balsamic and spicy notes; powerful and slender sip, of beautiful complexity, with appetizing returns of black pepper.

Roasted or grilled red meats, game and mature cheeses.
