Destemming of the grapes followed by maceration on the skins for several hours before pressing them in the horizontal press. white vinification with controlled temperature fermentation, second fermentation in an autoclave with the addition of selected yeasts until reaching an overpressure of 4 atm for 90 days. Stabilization through refrigeration at -4°C and microfiltration with subsequent bottling.

Brilliant straw yellow color with light golden reflections, fine and persistent foam. Fragrant and pleasant nose, with notes of walnut husk, ripe apricot, candied fruit and raisins. Full sip, very structured, harmonious and moderately sweet, with a persistent aftertaste rich in fruity aromas.
