Aglianico
Grapes carefully selected and coming from the highest part of the winery vineyards. After the traditional red vinification with long maceration on its skins, the wine matures for 24/36 months in large oak barrels; It then refines in the bottle for at least a year before being put on the market.
Deep ruby red color tending towards garnet; fine and intense nose with hints of berries, spices, cherries and plums; compelling and elegant sip, with a long persistence, with fragrances of plum and morello cherry, black pepper and liquorice. Long persistence. Great aging potential.
First courses with rich and elaborate sauces, game, braised meats, roasts, mature cheeses.
