Harvested in the first and second ten days of October; red vinification with fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25/28°C and natural malolactic fermentation; the wine ages for 11 months in large 10/30hl French oak barrels and for 1 month in steel; it ages in bottle before being released for sale.
Bright ruby red color; nose of ripe fruit and sweet spices, fine and harmonious sip, fresh and intense.
Meat-based first courses, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
