Description

Delicate pressing with pneumatic presses, followed by cooling of the must and decantation in insulated tanks. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14°C) for approximately 20 days; the wine matures in steel tanks and oak barrels with blonde shearing for 10 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with delicate green reflections; delicate, fine and complex nose of broom and green fruit; mineral sip, fresh, broad, harmonious, of great intensity and persistence.

Pairings

Shellfish, grilled fish, medium-aged goat's cheeses.
