Description

Maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (24°C) for 10 days. Maturation in barriques and steel for at least 18 months.

Tasting

Ruby red color with garnet edge. Nose of raspberry and pomegranate, rhubarb, clove spice and white pepper, violet and jasmine, tobacco. Structured and elegant sip, with well-integrated tannin and supported by excellent freshness; the finish is long and persistent, marked by red fruit and spices.

Pairings

Medium-aged pecorino cheese, grilled black pork ribs, grilled red and white meats.
