Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional white winemaking without the use of external yeasts; 50% matures in tonneaux for 4 months and 50% in steel tanks.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; on the nose complex hints of yellow fruit and tropical fruit, vanilla and flint; the sip is rich, full, long and harmonious.
