Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard. white vinification at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Second fermentation by slow refermentation in large closed containers at 12/14°C.

Tasting

Delicate straw yellow color with minute and persistent perlage; fruity and floral nose, with persistent and very fine aromas, evident hints of good ripe fruit, in particular golden apple, and wisteria flowers; sweet and caressing sip, fresh and balanced body, great harmony, long and intense aromatic persistence, with a decidedly fruity finish.
