Teroldego Rotaliano “Dannato” DOC 2015

From Teroldego grapes from vineyards in the original area only, trained using traditional Trentino double pergolas; Vineyards with an average age of 65 years, dolomitic-limestone, alluvial soil. Harvested by hand at the end of September – beginning of October; the vinification is in steel, the aging in oak and chestnut.

A wine of beautiful elegance, it expresses notes of cherries in alcohol, cinchona and bitter chocolate; the sip is warm and thick, with important tannins; great drinking pleasure.

Tasty first courses, mushroom risotto, game and stewed meat.
