Description

The ripe grapes are only destemmed, spontaneously fermented for 15 days and then matured in steel tanks for a year. Malolactic fermentation takes place immediately after the alcoholic fermentation. During the transformation of the wine, no yeasts, bacteria, enzymes or oenological additives are added, apart from very low quantities of sulfur dioxide.

Intense nose of berries and red flowers, with balsamic and mineral notes; juicy, soft and powerful sip.
