Description

The name ‘Sterpi’ derives from the land, once uncultivated, where Walter Massa decided to plant this vineyard. Sterpi is born from a cold maceration for about 40 hours, with subsequent spontaneous fermentation and permanence for about 12 months in a stainless steel tank, with periodic “batonnage” of the lees. Approximately 14 months after the harvest, it is bottled.

Tasting

Elegant and complex, with an intense yellow color; smells of fruit and white flowers; mineral and fresh taste, with an intense and long finish.
