Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; white vinification with soft pressing and fermentation in steel; maturation in steel for 3/5 months, refinement in bottle from 2 to 24 months depending on the vintage.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Delicate, floral and fruity nose, with minty and freshly cut grass aromas; with a couple of years in the bottle, hints of honey and resin are added; harmonious sip with medium structure and soft drink, which leaves pleasant velvety sensations on the palate; long persistence in the mouth.
Seafood first courses, grilled fish, shellfish and seafood, roasted white meats, fresh cheeses.
