Description

Fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks. The wine matures in small oak barrels for 18/24 months, followed by long refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Dark garnet red color. Fruity and spicy nose with hints of undergrowth and vanilla. Full, soft and harmonious sip, round and velvety.

Stews, braised meats, roasts, mature cheeses.
