Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard in the last ten days of September; soft pressing using a vacuum press. Clarification using a nitrogen flotation device, followed by thermo-conditioned fermentation and long aging on the yeasts at 17°C.

Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intense and fruity nose with prevalence of peach and melon, slightly aromatic, with a golden apple finish. Full, warm and vigorous sip, good sweet-acid balance and intense sensations of bread crust and honey.
