Description

The destemmed grapes are left to macerate in a steel container for 24 hours, then separated from the must and delicately pressed. The wine remains on its fine lees for a period of approximately four months before bottling.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow in colour, the nose is delicate, with hints of white fruit and wild flowers; the taste is expressed entirely on freshness and minerality.

Seafood appetizers, light first courses, fresh cheeses.
