“Tuffo” Cortese di Gavi DOCG 2023

Manual harvesting of grapes in boxes. Soft pressing of crushed grapes cooled in cell for 12 hours, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel, bottle-ageing for a minimum of 4 months.

Straw-yellow colour, intense and persistent nose, fruity hints of citrus fruits, savoury; intense, persistent and fresh taste; long finish and typical slightly bitter aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
