Description

Fermentation in stainless steel with brief contact with the skins for 6 hours to promote spontaneous fermentation. Aged in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation completed.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow color; intense nose of citrus, wildflowers, and white-fleshed fruit, with notes of wild herbs; fresh and mineral on the palate, dry and fragrant.

Appetizers, vegetarian dishes, cured meats and cheeses, shellfish.
