Description

Harvesting is by hand, carried out in the second half of September. The grapes selected in the vineyard are harvested in 200 kg crates. Red wine vinification in contact with the skins for the entire fermentation, with two daily pump-overs and a delestage mid-process, with a temperature maintained at around 22°/24°C to preserve freshness and aromatic delicacy. Six months of ageing in steel.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red, with notes of currants, blackberries and candied violets. Juicy palate with floral and red berry aromas, enhanced by nice acidity. Balance and cleanliness.

Pairings

Rich platters of cold cuts, vegetable pies, vegetable or meat dishes.
